What time can we arrive

We ask that customers arrive after 2pm, as we have only got a single vehicle lane and by arriving after 2pm it helps to avoid towing vehicles meeting on the lane

We ask that customers vacate their pitches by 12 midday; again this helps to avoid towing vehicles meeting on the lane

How much are the Showers

They are free we have hot running showers at no extra charge

How much is access to the Swimming Pool

Free. The swimming pool is covered under the pitch fees, but you must be either 15 years or older or accompanied by an adults to use the pool

How much is the Carp Lake

Free, again this is covered under your pitch fees

Can we bring an extra car (How much extra)

Yes, extra cars can be brought along free of charge but they must be parked on the overspill parking areas provided (due to fire regulations)

Can we bring a boat/jet ski and store it on site during our stay

Yes, you can bring a boat/jet ski and store it on site during your stay (we charge £2 per week storage for boats/jet ski’s – but we ONLY store for people staying on site)

What do we do if we need to cancel our booking?

All deposits are non-refundable

However, we do appreciate that extenuating circumstances do arise where people will need to cancel their booking. In most cases as a gesture of good will we are willing to refund deposits IF we manage to fill the booking but this is not guaranteed

Are there any site rules we should be aware of

The Main rules on site are:

• The play area and park close to all children (aged 0 to 2000 – so that includes even my parents) at 10pm, barbecues must finish by 11pm and we ask for COMPLETE SILENCE between 12 midnight and 8am
• The site has a speed limit of 10 mph

Can we barbecue on our pitch

Yes provided common sense is used to avoid accidents and barbecues are raised up so as not to burn/scorch our grass

Can we have a campfire

NO NO NO NO NO!!! We do not allow camp fires on site

Can we bring bikes and ball games

Yes you can bring your bikes, and we provide a play area with football goal for ball games. We ask that ball games are not played by caravans as windows and small bones can break rather easily.

Can we walk to the beach

We are situated about a 10-15 minute walk from Rhosneigr and its 5 miles of award winning beaches

Is there public transport nearby

How far from RAF Valley are you

We are situated at the bottom end of RAF Valley's main runway, which means a wonderful area for plane spotters and enthusiasts alike

With you being so close to RAF Valley how often do the planes come over

The RAF are very good actually, they only fly Monday to Friday & they vary their flight paths so as NOT to concentrate over one area for too long, so we might get 1 or 2 mornings/afternoons of planes a week and the rest of the time they fly in different areas

What do I do if I need a Doctor or Dentist on holiday

Details for local Doctors surgery and dentists are kept in the office so please contact a member of staff

Can we have day visitors to our pitch

Day visitors are more than welcome, all we ask is that you keep to the fire regulations of one car per pitch and park any extra cars on the overspill parking areas provided
